Dispatch and Client Data Management

DISPATCH:
Issues orders for drivers for pickups and drop offs, according to schedule.
Arranges for vans and drivers in case of accident or heavy traffic. Inspects drivers' appearance and physical condition prior to dispatch. Determines driver and appropriate motor coach for trip.
Directs drivers to fuel, clean and ready motor coaches for outgoing trips.
Keeps logs and maintenance records for vehicles and works with mechanic to make sure that all vehicles are available for dispatch.
Monitors flight schedules of inbound and outbound clients to make sure drivers pickup and drop off clients on time.
Works with referral teams by answering telephone and emails to determine best route and timing for drivers
Maintains, documents and communicates by updating database of clients and all transportation movements.
Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to ensure that sufficient shift personnel are available for workload demands and in conformance to policy and procedures. Prepares, reviews, and maintains reports, statistics, and records. Records time, location, and nature of trouble and relays information to workers assigned to assist with situation. Relays and records all messages between operators and referral teams concerning operations.
Records time of departure, destination, cargo, and expected time of return. Investigates and confers with customers to expedite or locate delayed, missing or misrouted vehicles. Determines and schedules orders according to urgency. Receives reports of actual or anticipated disruptions and determines action required to rectify condition.
Sends/ receives check in calls to/ from operators by email/text and telephone, or in person. Informs workers of type and location of work to be performed and dispatches workers to job. Records service disruptions, time, and action taken. Complete all required checklist from dispatch checklist binder. Organize and clearly communicate dispatch information to drivers and referral teams.
QUALITIES REQUIRED:
Good communications skills
Detail oriented and pride of ownership of the work performed
Good at following up and keeping track of multiple drivers and clients' movements
Basic office computer skills
1 year experience helpful but not necessary, will train
Background check and drug test required.
Position is hourly starting at $11.00 with review in 1 month for increase. After 3 months, health benefits are available. Room for advancement if demonstrates management skills which comes with appropriate rate increase.
Hours 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
