Experienced Field Project Manager needed for a direct hire position in Delray Beach, FL!! Trillium Construction, an industry leader in skilled trades staffing is currently in need of an experienced Field Project Manager for our rapidly growing client in the Delray Beach, FL area. This position will be working with high end custom residential properties. Candidates will be responsible to provide security to each job assigned as a locked site daily, generate daily work schedules, generate total tracking schedules tied to completion deadlines and prepare punch lists with subs.
Other duties/responsibilities include:
o Attend weekly job meetings
o Obtain written change orders for items beyond the scope of work
o Maintain an open line of communication with all subcontractors, suppliers and customers
o Ensure that all work is done in a good and workman like manner and in accordance with the final approved plans and construction timeline
o Job sites shall remain safe, clean and presentable at all times
o Adhere to job cost detailed budgets based on architects' plans
o Prepare and coordinate Change Order cost report
o Prepare RFI log for each project Qualified candidates must possess at least 5 years of previous high end custom residential Project Management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pass any pre-employment screenings. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
