EDI Customer Service Representative
Interested candidates must be polished, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for order entry of EDI orders, processing, follow-up, shipping, and invoicing. Works in a fast-paced, high volume business environment.
In the position you will be responsible for performing daily activities within the Operations area to ensure order fulfillment and EDI Compliance.
Additional responsibilities to include:
Primary contact for assigned key Retail accounts
Working closely with Sales, Customer Accounts and the Warehouse to review order status, coordinate changes, and obtain accurate information regarding shipments
Requirements:
At least 2 years in an EDI customer service in the Retail environment.
Knowledge of the fragrance industry a plus
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
