Entry Level Management Trainee
At 3MP, we don't hire managers. We train new ones! As we continue to expand, our team is aggressively seeking talented, enthusiastic individuals who are searching for an entry level opportunity to quickly work their way from a Entry Level Account Manager role to an Executive Management position.
Initially as an Entry Level Account Manager you will be:
Managing sales, customer accounts, and contracts for our clients
Working with new and existing customers about service promotions
Responsible for maintaining strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and competitive offers
Ultimately once cross- trained into Executive Management you will be:
Working on campaign management and development
Coaching team members on how to master sales and leadership skills
Developing marketing strategies to drive sales performance for our clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
Upon hire must pass an employment background check
Posses a student mentality, leadership, and great communications skills
