Duties:
-Holeside delivery for food and drinks - Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience - Greet and assist guests upon arrival, answering any questions they may have - Manage and maintain cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, seating areas, and common areas - Assist with food service operations, including taking orders, preparing food items, and serving customers - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Host Parties and Events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction - Perform crowd control duties during peak times or special events - Address and resolve any guest concerns or conflicts in a professional and timely manner Requirements:
-Over age of 18 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred - Knowledge of food service operations is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Experience working with children is desirable - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
