Position Overview:
The position's goal is to assist the staff and congregation in ensuring that the church facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and ready for use at all times.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Administrative:
? Assist the Building & Grounds Administrator (BGA) with planning the church facilities cleaning schedule.
? Assist the BGA in maintaining an appropriate inventory of cleaning materials and general supplies.
? Provide accurate reports of hours worked.
Facilities Management:
? Maintain the cleanliness of the building interior.
? Maintain cleanliness of the building's exterior areas.
? Support the Building & Grounds Administrator with light-duty, facilities related tasks, as needed.
General:
? Assist with facility related event set-up and breakdown when needed.
? Help ensure the safety of all people who use the building, as well as the safety of Cason UMC property and grounds.
? When required, work with volunteers assisting with facilities and events related tasks.

? Ability to perform routine physical tasks in a timely manner ? Able to lift 25 pounds ? Possess the ability to climb stairs without assistance Professional Traits:

Qualifications:

? Experience in commercial janitorial services and infection control procedures ? Experience working with a diverse population ? Inventory control best practices ? High School Diploma ? Reliable transportation to work ? Be able to work flexible hours Note:
