Their extensive understanding of our fitness program and overall operations equips them to deliver exceptional service to all TRX members.
They play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service and aiding the General Manager in cultivating new business opportunities.
Additionally, they support existing members by assisting with class selections, bookings, inquiries, and merchandise transactions.

KEY
Responsibilities:
Welcome, aid, and register members.
Conduct tours of the studio.
Collaborate closely with trainers to orient newcomers during their initial TRX session.
Promote membership sales to contribute to the studio's prosperity.
Follow up with potential clients and address member issues professionally and impartially, aiming for effective resolution.
Engage in promotional and outreach occasions.
Demonstrate the capability to nurture and sustain relationships with TRX Staff and TRX Members.
Effectively communicate via phone, email, text, or face-to-face promptly and comprehensively.
Team Collaborator - proficiently cooperate, communicate, and interact respectfully with colleagues and supervisors.
Uphold a neat and inviting environment by helping with studio tidying, replenishment, and maintenance as needed.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and adept time management.
Display professionalism and punctuality, maintaining a positive demeanor.
Exhibit a robust work ethic and a drive for personal development.
Adapt to a flexible work schedule - available for weekends, holidays, and various shifts, including mornings and evenings.

Proficiency in adhering to a comprehensive work schedule, averaging at least 30-32 hours per week over five days for full-time or at least two days per week for part-time.
