This is a part time position as of right now, the right candidate is self-motivated, a go-getter, takes initiative, does not need a lot of direction once given a task, and someone who has previous experience in aesthetics.
You have to be reliable and trust worthy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff - Client relations:
complaints, reviews - Post on our social media everyday, answer Dm's, content create - Keep track of inventory and place orders - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Proficiently use Canva, tik tok, capcut, instagram for content creating - Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with social media management:
Daily posting, content creating, answering Dm's - Must have past experience in a med spa environment & has a passion for Aesthetics - Knowledge of Canva and other editing skills for social media (such as tik tok, canva, reels) - Excellent organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively Note:
Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
