Join our talented HR team as our new Human Resource Assistant today! A few details about the role:
Coordinate pre-employment activities:
recruiting, background screening processing, license/certification verification and ongoing compliance.
Assist with Workday onboarding and pay/benefits questions.
Prepare, organize, secure, scan, file and maintain all human resource reports, general correspondence, legal documents, financial reports, team member personnel records, and other related documents.
Maintain state rosters with AHCA.
Support Human Resources Director with open enrollment.
Drive team member engagement initiatives and planning morale events Coordinate in planning and coordinating community trainings, conducting Living Lifespace orientation or activities.
Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
And here's what you need to apply:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree highly preferred.
Prefer a minimum two (2) years human resources.
Healthcare or hospitality experience helpful.
