based on experience, benefits-1st of the month following 60 days of employment, PTO, and dining discounts to all our Restaurants.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Organize and supervise shifts Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Qualifications:
2 years in a management role in the restaurant industry Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager Experience with working shifts 10-12 hours Wine Knowledge a Plus Fine Dining a Plus Job Type:
