Responsibilities:
Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events Manage timelines for closings and new properties that we are marketing Understand that our database is one of our largest assets Care for our clients and team members Anticipate and solve issues before others realize that they exist Marketing experience is a plus Handle all tech issues
Qualifications:
Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels About Company Our business is not about real estate.
