Executive Assistant

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTSummary/ObjectiveProvides high-level administrative support to the CEO, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented.
The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication; excellent administrative and organizational skills; and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Executive Assistant Compensation and
Benefits:
Salary $55,000+, depending on experience; generous benefits package including dental and health insurance, 401k with match, profit sharing, and other benefits.
Executive Assistant Duties/
Responsibilities:
Answers and responds to calls, emails, and other communications providing correct information and routing calls to CEO and/or other staff when appropriate.
Manages CEO's calendar, assisting with scheduling and confirming lunches, meetings, and other calendar items, ensuring that appropriate staff and other attendees are informed.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Arranges travel and accommodations for Executives.
Handles various functions involving CEO's charities, confidential personal investments, other businesses, private attorney coaching, lecture series called Seven Figure attorney, as necessary, in conjunction with the marketing, and administrative departments.
Maintains CEO's office, including office supplies, office maintenance, in conjunction with the administrative departments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Executive Assistant Education and
Experience:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
