Assist the Golf Course Superintendent in managing all phases of golf course maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Assists in planning and scheduling, and the supervision of all maintenance personnel in the performance of maintenance processes and procedures.
Assists in instructing, training, and directing crew, and performs checks of processes throughout the job.
Assist in the oversight of chemical and fertilizer applications.
Advises Superintendent of course conditions.
Oversees cleanup and storage of tools and equipment at the end of the shift.
Advises the superintendent of all performance issues and the enforcement of performance standards.
Fills in for the superintendent and the technicians when needed.
Communicate with members, coworkers, management, staff, the general public, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Respond promptly when returning telephone calls and replying to correspondence and faxes.
Act, dress, and behave in a professional manner to reflect a positive image of the club.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Agronomy or Horticulture plus a minimum of one to two years of golf course maintenance experience, with some supervision preferred, or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.
Previous club experience is preferred.
Requires a valid Florida driver's license, and a good driving record.
Must be able to supervise work effectively.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in the heat for extended periods of time.
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
