Experience in customer service or inside sales at a construction company, manufacturer, or supply house would be ideal!
Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for customers, provide quotations, process orders and confirmations Assist customers with the application process Assist with contract administration process Serve as a liaison to service and logistics department and prepare work orders Reviewing invoices for accuracy in billing Occasional use and operation of company vehicles and equipment.
Experience Needed Bachelors or equivalent knowledge and experience, with a focus on inside sales Ability to work with a wide-ranging and diverse customer base in many construction segments Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology
