Responsibilities:
Answer live chat conversations Assist customers over the telephone Communicate with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns Take and process customer orders Provide quotes and other information to customers, as needed Anticipate change and adapt accordingly Work as a team member with other departments Prepare products and promotional material for shipment Packaging and shipping orders in accordance with brand guidelines Fulfill orders and stock shelves Update product pricing, as needed Requirements:
Proper grammar and spelling Previous experience in customer service, preferred Comfortable speaking with humans Strong problem-solving and communication skills Computer savvy Google Workspace experience, preferred Typing 60
